I think all cyclists should be made to wear a helmet and if caught without one, they should get an on the spot fine.
Drivers have to wear a seatbelt, these don't save lives but they can help to save it... the same as helmets and cyclists.

I want the government to stop and think and make it law that a cyclist has to wear a helmet.
