Innocence of Muslims is an anti-Islamic full-length feature film which has been condemned by both Muslims and the Coptic Orthodox Christian Church as "an inflammatory movie about the prophet of Islam. Visual depictions of Muhammad are considered forbidden in Islam. Any depiction of Muhammad, written or graphic, that displays either the person or his teaching in an unfavourable manner is widely considered as blasphemy. The aim of the petition is for UK government to condemn the film and authorise the ban from YouTube.
