Given the state of the economy and the sacrifice being made the masses, along with the closure of many final salary pension schemes. I believe that Ministers Retirment Benefits are unsustainable in the present economic climate and that the "Guaranteed" benefits afforded out of the state purse should be changed in favour a defined contribution system such as being rolled out to the general public under Auto Enrolment. Lead by example and not by telling.
