Rejected petition Hang those that murder our police

In a time where certain sectors of society display increased violence towards police officers, there comes a need to have an effective deterrent. We call upon this Government to review the laws of our fine land and reinstate capital punishment for the most serious of crimes.
We would like to see those that deliberately murder police officers hung at the gallows as a statement to all those who would consider the same.
