Muslim faith is attacked, our Beloved Prophet SAW is insulted and degraded and the film overall is misleading.
It has already provoked anger in many Muslim countries throughout the Middle East and there have been many protests in other countries. Before it causes any more damage, the film should be banned ASAP!! This is not 'freedom of speech' this is 'religious hatred'.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
In the UK we support a self-regulatory model for the Internet and the vast majority of the UK ISP industry takes a responsible approach to what content it hosts. ISPs have contracts with their customers called good practice Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs), which they have recently strengthened, about what may be hosted on their servers.
Therefore, complaints about a particular website’s content should first be directed to the site’s manager. Most AUPs already contain a general clause which allows ISPs to remove sites or content which contain offensive or objectionable material, even if it is not illegal.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
