The capital punishment should be considered in certain circumstances, and when there is a clear hard evidence against the perpetrator. It should not be considered in general, but on case by case basis. Serious crimes are committed and the perpetrator walks away with a minimum punishment, leaving the victim's family to suffer for the rest of their life
