Rejected petition Help my wife and I beat Immigration

My wife has applied to the UK to live on a spousal visa with another man in the past, she got denied despite having 100% of the proof she needed to gain a visa to allow herself and her daughter residence and permission to work and learn in the UK.

Because she applied with another man and failed, she is more likely than not going to get automatically denied trying to enter the country to live with me, she is capable and willing to work and does not want hand outs - Help people willing to work enter the country, instead of paying out for worthless illegals.
