That the U.K. government should promote, in conjunction with other U.N. nations, establishment of a treaty designating the Arctic regions of the Earth as a world park giving it equal or (in view of its greater vulnerability) greater protection to that of the Antarctic. This would seek to severely limit any industrial or resource exploitation development that is likely to be harmful to the species and spaces of this unique region
