All over the Country there are numerous derelict plots that ar unused, and a complete eyesore, some still with consent for planning permission. It is time for local authorities to have more powers to compulsory purchase derelict and unused land. This is a petition to upgrade the current Section 215 Legislation, and give the right for local authorities to compulsory purchase derelict land and plots which have been outstanding for an unreasonable amount of time.
