The government to create a non profit " State Bank " for all UK citizens to enjoy. The " State Bank " will limit any overdrafts to a maximum of 5% ( five percent ) above the Bank of England base rate at a borrowing limit of £50,000. The difference between the actual running costs is that percentage awarded to all its Savers at a maximum deposit of £40,000 and shall be Tax Free. All sensible banking rules adhered to. Adjustments can be made to increase or decrease the borrowing and saving limits dependant upon the take up and actual running costs. Well , I'd give it a go !
