Closed Grandparents to have rights to access their grandchildren

Make it law that children as individuals have the right to see their grandparents if they so wish, Its not about the parents wishes or having a say in other people's children, It is simply the right of the child to see their grandparents and in doing so prevent their suffering and confusion.
Very many children are denied their rights and wishes to an extended loving family because some parents see their children as possessions instead of individuals with wishes and desires of their own.
