Countries including China, Russia, Brazil, Iceland and Barbados are benefiting from funds intended to help the world’s poorest, despite a pledge for it to go only to the neediest.(Daily Telegraph 22 September 2012)

Put our own house in order and spend millions of pounds in rescuing this country, not pouring money into foreign countries which do not need or deserve financial help.
