Re-introduce the tripartite education system (that is, state funded grammar schools, secondary modern schools and technical colleges).

Not only will this likely improve education in this country (independent grammar schools successively do better than comprehensives) it will ensure that those from poorer backgrounds can still receive excellent education.

It will also enable those who may not be academically bright to reach their potential (through technical colleges).
