Closed National Blind persons Pin Badge

I am registered Blind with a rare eye disease,NAND find it frustrating when shopping and needing help in the outside world,
I have asked the last government and the present one to help to no avail
I like a pin badge to be made for those who eyesight impairments so others are aware you may need help when shopping, looking at prices etc,
The badge will be in a shape of an eye and be in the colour yellow,
I like this to be made a national symbol, so that everyone knows what the badge represents
