Petition Bring back state pension for women who are 60 in 2013 / 2014 / 2015

In 2013 many unemployed women in their 50s stand to lose or fail to gain long term sickness / disability benefit. Unemployment benefit only for 12 months. Over 50s unemployment has risen 50% since 2008. Women in 50s greatest chance of redundancy from projected half a million public sector job cuts by 2015.

1) EU government has permitted France's pension age at 60.
2) Lib Dem promised not to raise pension age until 2020.
3) Pensioners contribute tens of billions of pounds in great many indirect taxes / VAT.

Requested:

a) State pension for women at 60 in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

b) Extend to women pensioners at 60 from April 2013 the £10,500 tax allowance that is currently the 65-74 age related allowance.

c) Do not tax state pension at source.

e) Protect unemployed in their 50s from loss of Council Tax Benefit.

f) Extend state pension to men at 60, unemployed / long term sick / disabled / lose their disability benefits.
