Reinstate Capital Punishment via a humane method.
Lethal injection is effective and humane.
Hanging is not suitable for modern times.
Murder does not include active euthanasia. Murder is unjustified killing which can be proven in a court of law.
Rape must be DNA proven and violent/drug related. No executions for drunken mistakes.
Terrorism must be dealt with harshly, where proven, with capital punishment.
