Rejected petition Please help get my children back

I am a father of two who has recently lost my children due to the mothers abusive partner, I tried to warn social services that my children were in danger and worked with them against her but then they were kidnapped to Ireland and when they were found into care. I am using this as my last resort as i have tried so much and seem to be getting nowhere
