At any one time, there are countless miles of motorway which have temporary speed limits of 50 mph or less imposed for several miles at a time typically enforced average speed cameras. 20+ miles of 50 mph on a motorway is ridiculous. The length of these speed limited sections should be restricted to a maximum of 5 miles, or 2 miles for limits of less than 50mph.
