Closed Licence Private Investigators

Following the disgraceful behavior of a significant minority of Private Investigators during the Hacking scandal, it is now time the government followed through with the licensing of this profession as stated in Schedule 2 Paragraph 4 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
This profession breach the Article 8 (Right to a private life) Human Rights of thousands of UK citizens on a daily basis and need to be controlled.
