Job descriptions are often vague, unclear to what the job actually entails and confusing to those who do not know the lingo. This can fool a prospective employee into thinking s/he is applying for one job when she is really applying for something else entirely.

This petition asks the DWP to set guidelines on Job descriptions to try make them easier to read, clearer and less deceptive.
