The Government are required to:
1. Investigate if the FA were principal contributors to the Hillsborough disaster when they allowed a game to be played there the ground had failed a safety inspection.
2. Investigate if the FA were accessory contributors to the Hillsborough disaster when they allowed a game to be played there the ground had failed a safety inspection.
3. Investigate if the FA consciously concealed evidence following the Hillsborough disaster.
4. Investigate is sufficient evidence is available for the FA to face Corporate Manslaughter Charges for allowing the match to continue despite knowing that Hillsborough did not have a valid safety certificate.
