Context - Apple uses excessive terms and conditions that are too long and complex for the lay person to understand or read.

Issue - When upgrading to iOS 6 Apple materially changed the experience customers get with maps without the customer consent.
Apple have changed the functionality of my property without my explicit consent and does not enable me to restore the device to the configuration it had when I bought it new in good faith.
