The current level of bankers bonuses is disgracefull considering that in 2009 the government baled them out to the tune of over £100 billion yet the tax payer seems to see very little of that back and bonuses for top bankers seems to increase. This tax rate could increase the income to the treasury by hitting a small minority who to be honest with their salerys truly won't notice.
