Petition Two years National service (non frontline) for all immigrants wishing to gain British citizenship

Rather than a citizenship tests make it compulsory for all foreign immigrants from all nations to take part in a minimum of 2 years national service within our armed forces (non frontline) before any type of state benefits can be applied for.
If people wish to become part of Great Britain then by all means allow them to be but if all they are interested in is what the tax payer can offer then two years in the Army, Navy or Air Force should dissuade the majority of sponges, leaving the British tax payer and the genuine immigrants much better off.
