i think it would be more fair to go back to the courts, as the CSA are only interested in targets and not the truth of both parties. parent with care and non resident parent and they dont think people have new families to suport like always they go for the easy targets, also they put more children into poverty than what they get out of poverty. with there under handed tacktics as so many people are aware off.
