Petition public information films for children

We, the undersigned, petition the government to re introduce child friendly public information films (stranger danger - green cross code - drugs awareness etc) to be broadcast on the BBC owned children's channels and to create regulations requiring commercial children's tv channels to also broadcast similar films. These films should be regulated so that they are shown at appropriate times of day where viewing figures are high in order to get the message to the highest number of children.
