If an individual signs up to an online account with a subscribtion, the company providing the service should be legally obliged to offer a clear and easy online method for cancelling that subscription.

This is to avoid the company being able to require the individual to make an often lengthy and expensive phone call, where the company will attempt to dissuade from cancellation with various sales strategies.
