Rejected petition should the uk bring back the death sentence?

i think the uk should bring back capital punishment for some major crimes. murderes, phedophiles and also rapists (sex offending) should be removed from our socirty indefinate. people are not safe and the number of re-offenders is on the uprise. people aren't scared of commiting such crimes as the justice system is flawed and sentencing is not long enough.
