Proposed community bill removes powers of local authorities to reject building development proposals on any of our greenbelt or greenspace favouring developers ahead of local infrastructure thus corporate organisations dictating layout and development of our villages, towns and cities localised infrastructures will be totally diminished under this bill planning regulations should not be compromised.
