Closed mobile phone fixed tariff price increases

It is completely wrong that when consumers sign upto to a fixed price mobile phone tariff it is not fixed. All
mobile operators are now invoking small print terms and conditions to increase consumers tariffs.
As consumers we should be made fully aware of this at the time a contract is taken out. We are not!

It is about time that OFCOM were made to stop this practice. Fixed should mean fixed for the whole term of the contract.
