Following the Panorama programme 3 October 2012 about overseas people obtaining NHS treatment free and in particular fraud on the system, we call upon the government to prevent the fraud and the negligent practice by public employees, and to root out of the system those who are colluding in the fraud followed by punnishment of those involved.
