Unconvicted, innocent, non HMP residents of this country can be ordered to pay the costs of any vexacious cases they bring. Convicted prisoners are proving that they have an entitlement that is NOT available to the rest of society in that they can bring as many vexacious legal cases as they wish and not be required to fund ANY of them. The legal aid fund is contributed to by taxpayers. Convicted criminals are by definition not taxpayers. CONVICTED CRIMINALS SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM BRINGING VEXACIOUS CASES BY BEING LIABLE FOR PAYING THE COSTS OF THEM, FOR ALL PARTIES.
