That Police Officers in UK, have Right to form a Union, Officers to have Employment Rights EXCLUDING RIGHT TO STRIKE.
Officers in rest of European Union have these Rights.
At present Officers have limited access to Employment Tribunals.This limits Officers ability to defend themselves from bullying within the workplace.
