We, the people of Great Britain, demand that at the very least, a debate be held in the House of Commons by ALL politicians including the Prime Minister who have been duly elected to represent the people, regarding bringing back the Death Penalty, especially for those who murder Children under the age of 13 & are found guillty beyond all reasonable doubt.
