Closed Life Sentence for murder to mean actual Life with no release

The Murder of a person deprives and punnishes the familly of the victim for the rest of their natural life. This petition aims to get the UK Government to change the rules on life sentences so that any person found guildt of Murder is sentenced to Life Imprissonment where the terms are changed from the current terms so that there is no tarrif, with no early release on licence. The new Life Sentence is to mean "Whole of Natural Life", without release on licence or any other form of release.
