Not a penny should be paid by this government towards the EU Budget deficit, after the EU Eurocrats spent money that it did not have have following EU countries refusing to vote for an increase in the current budget. Any excess of budget should be charged to the EU Eurocrats who allowed the situation to happen as a result of their spending in excess of budget. The government should decline to contribute and seek a full judicial review to see how it has happened.
