This act or law would be implemented not only as serious and relative punishment but also as a deterrent.
criminals who take away peoples human rights forfeit their own. Child abusers, rapists, murderers etc, ie life sentence carrying crimes. This way NOT ONLY WILL THE CRIMINAL ACTUALLY BE PUNISHED, THEY WILL NOT LIVE A PROTECTED LIFE WITH MORE HOME COMFORTS AND PROTECTION THAN THEIR VICTIMS.
Life should mean exactly that.
