Property Tax is becoming a joke, because in a way, people do not move house for the absolute sake of it.

Property Tax ought to be brought down in cost, because out of all honesty, it would help people move house, be more willing to move and would not make people suffer to move house.

We all move house for several reasons, including:
- Change of area / community life
- Convenience
- Saving money
- Business / work related reasons
