Rejected petition Prison is not working, bring back the Death penalty

Prison is clearly not enough of a deterrant for Murderer's, child killers and sex offenders therefore the Death penalty should be reintroduced.
People in the UK are appauled at the soft sentences given to above said criminals and require action now.
