Death penalty to be reinstated for all child murderers. Minimum sentence to be death if found guilty, with a maximum 1 year appeal process, after which time they should be executed. In the wake of April Jones, child murderers should no longer be afforded the luxury of protection of the justice system. They serve no purpose to society and will never be safe to release. They are simply a burden to society in misery and taxes.
