I petition the government to introduce a School Discipline Act empowering Head Teachers, and to a lesser degree their subordinates, to deal with disciplinary issues in schools and remove pupils who unreasonably disrupt the education of others or damage the fabric of school buildings and property Such an Act must also make provision for the education of those so removed..
