Britain needs urgent action to enable fast growing startup and emerging companies raise the equity capital needed to turn world class british innovation and hard work into large highly profitable independent British companies that are worldwide leaders in their markets worldwide. This should include support for

* Crowdfunding - allowing small businesses to raise up to one million £ per year through crowd funding portals from anyone over 18.
* Allow people to use their ISAS and Pension funds to invest a small proportion in crowd funding
* Broaden EIS and similar schemes to remove future capital gains tax for new investments in small fast growing companies
* Allow small companies to advertise and raise money from small share issues up to 50£ mio pa (no of shareholder less than 2000 people.
Any other related measures to unleash britains startup potential.
