Claims management companies are the scourge of modern society with their aggressive and persistent cold calling of the public and spurious and fraudulent claims. I am calling for a complete ban on cold calling and cold texting to protect the public from unwanted contact. I am also calling for a Claims Management Ombudsman Service to be set up to provide redress for both the public and companies who receive spurious or fraudulent claims.
