We ask the Government to drop their current plans announced by George Osborne on 8th October 2012. These proposals would allow companies to buy-out employees rights to protection in law regarding: Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal, Maternity Rights.
We believe that UK Employment Law is in place to protect employees and cannot be negotiated out, and most certainly not for a payment in shares of dubious and uncertain future value.
