Rejected petition bring back capital punishment for Child Murderers

Bring Back the death penalty for convicted child killers that have been proven beyond all doubt that they are guilty or by there own admission as they are a drain on the public purse and we the public should have a right to say how we spend our money and should not have to pay the £40,000 each year to keep the people in prison that kill our children and destroy there's and our future.
We want justice for our children now.
