Too many companies appear to be registered offshore or in a tax haven to avoid paying UK taxes.

Pass a new law to ensure ANY company that sells goods or services within the UK, and is paid from UK bank accounts MUST pay UK taxes on these earnings and to comply, these companies MUST hold UK based bank accounts.

Failure to do so would prohibit any company from trading in the UK. This would be fair - after all if you make your profits from UK consumers, then it is only right that you pay tax on those earnings to the UK.
