Closed Benifit Claiming for EU and Non EU Citizens

No benifits should be paid to anyone who does not meet the following criteria

1- not been resident in the UK for 10 years.
2 - backdated to 2002.
3 - includes EU citizens who are in the UK.
4 - no voting rights unless have10years residential qualification.

The above would result in savings of billions of pounds which could be spent on making the lives of the hard working british citizens who are fortunate enough to have jobs more palitable.
