Rejected petition bring back national service

we need to bring back national service to those that are mentally and physically able, so the younger generation's have more discpline and respect this will also give them a chance to travel and train around the world to experience new things and learn tolerance for other religions and beliefs. this may also give them temporary employment and after which they can leave or even stay within one of her majesty's armed forces.
