We demand an independent and wide-ranging public Inquiry, under a reputable individual, be established to look into the subject of institutional involvement in child abuse, to include recent revelations about Sir Jimmy Savile, the BBC, Stoke Mandeville and Broadmoor NHS Hospitals, links to Jersey, and all other institutions in the United Kingdom, and to make recommendations for changes in law, child protection vetting and barring, local police intelligence, mandatory reporting and any other related aspects.
