Rejected petition Please help me get moved so my 10 year old autistic son can attend the correct school

My 10 year old son has multiple complex needs, the local authorities have placed him into gretton school Cambridge (40miles from our home) my son cannot travel this far due to Aspergers,Tourette's,hyper mobility,ADHD,sensory processing disorder.
I have 2 other children who need to attend school and I am a single parent.
My son desperately needs to attend this school it's not a normal mainstream school, this school will help him with all his needs such as physiotherapy,psychological help and therapy for his sensory needs along with a curriculum to meet his academic ability.
The council are not being helpful at all,I'm being passed from one person to the next and I don't know wether I'm coming or going.
My son needs schooling and I need to work all I need is help to move closer to his school as he cannot cope with the 80 mile round trip everyday , I will have to take him Monday and Friday and sit there all day to take him home This just is not good enough!
